In the note of sub-clause 2.4.10 it is stated that "Appliances intended to be operated at safety
extra low voltage and having internal circuits which operate at a voltage other than safety
extra low voltage, are not included in the classification and are subjected to additional
requirements". For such circuits, do the requirements for class II appliances apply?
