Shall the pressure plate of pillar type terminals be considered for the dimensions?

Decision:
In case of pillar type terminals with a captive pressure plate, the dimension of the pressure plate is taken into account for the measurement of the difference between the diameter of the hole and the nominal thread diameter, unless the pressure plate is so thin that it is deformed by the screw operation.
