Question:
We have tested the energy saving lamp shown in the photograph.
When applying the torque between the cap and the bulb of the lamp per clause 8, we had the following
results:
- torque applied between part 1 and part 2 : pass
- torque applied between part 1 and part 3 : rotation of part 3 by more than 10 degrees.
Is this construction in accordance with the standard?
