Question:
1. This clause specifies that the mains cord impedance does not form part of the specified
bonding impedance. Dose this apply to cord connected products? If so, what about the
impedance of the cord?
2. Should the resistance of interconnection cable between units of a system be disregarded
like mains cable?
Decision:
1.It was decided that the supply mains cord must be included in the measurement and that
the total limit must not exceed 0.2W.
2. Furthermore, other interconnection cables (if any) must also be included in the
measurements.
