(1) a LASER SYSTEM, as defined by sub-clauses 2.2.6 and 2.2.7 of IEC
60065:1998 subject to the safety requirements of Sub-clause 6.2; or
(2) an LED emission device considered exempt from Clause 6.2?
Decision:
It is considered an LED emission device exempt from clause 6.2 of IEC60065: 1998.
