A lot of test house became a moneymachine and training school. They don’t care you have experience or not. Theywill accept you even you are green hand .If you have basic knowledge and Englishwill behired.One hand, it is very good for new guy withoutexperience. Another hand the boss can earn more money .But this will transferthe risk to client who pays money for testing .Believe me, the engineer in TUVor another test house is a target forjob hunter. It is very easy to hunt this kind guy with double pay. That’s why alot of job hang on 51Job for this kind of test house. It is really manpowershortage? This is a big question?

For totally fresh men, it's OK for not have so much experience, but for the men who will be used immediately, the capability is the most important, if I were the employer, I will focus on the capability directly related with the business, not the english capability, or something like this, cause I believe this kind of indirect capability could be improved in an easy way.
So that's totally different, and finally, everybody should clearly how much he/she could be worth, that's my understanding...
