求教LED产品出口欧洲什么时候需要测试标准EN62471？是强制性的吗？有没有什么文件支持？如果只是产品上的一个LED指示灯没必要测试EN62471吧？谢谢
EN 62471 是针对光生物安全的，看产品应用吧，如果是通用照明肯定要测量的，但指示照明另说，最好在说明书中标注，也可跟第三方机构核实。 1. SCOPE

这范围就是几乎所有的LED都适合测试62471 了，需不需要做不能看标准的适用范围，标准都是自愿性的
