UL/CUL漏电流测试疑点

近期做一个UL/CUL 65案子的时候,一类设备,测试U2有390mV,开始认为FAIL了,但是UL工程师看了下标准后说CLASS I对此有放松,可以放过,但我看了下UL 60065标准的确有提到只要测MIU值就行了,但是CUL用的是IEC的标准,里面没提到不用测U2也没有看到对CLASS I有放松条款啊?迷惑中,请各位帮忙解释一下,谢谢.

看CAN/CSA22.2 No。60065的9.1.1.1下面的叙述:
For CLASS I constructions the r.m.s. TOUCH-CURRENT to earth shall not be more than 3,5 mA.
The measurement shall be carried out with the measurement network described in annex D of
this standard and with the protective earthing connection disconnected.

对啊,是有这样的描述,但是在这之上的U1/U2的说明中并没有说CLASS I可以不用测的啊或是说测出的值可以大些啊

IEC标准,对1类它是3.5MA,对2类它是0.7MA,已经大了很多了!

IEC标准里对1类产品 3.5mA泄漏电流是有明确针对性的

2类是0.7mA???兄台是不是打错数字了?

附上IEC 60335原文:

After the appliance has been operated for a duration as specified in 11.7, the leakage current
shall not exceed the following values:
– for class II appliances 0,25 mA
– for class 0, class 0I and class III appliances 0,5 mA
– for portable class I appliances 0,75 mA
– for stationary class I motor-operated appliances 3,5 mA
– for stationary class I heating appliances 0,75 mA or 0,75 mA per kW rated power input of the appliance with a maximum of 5 mA, whichever is higher

我的主要疑问是,对CLASS I ,UL/CUL里面有哪里提到可以只测漏电流,不用测U2的?还是U2对CLASS I有其他放宽要求?

当然是65啦,65才要测U1/U2的嘛,要是95就不用测啦

Studied...., I'm also a little confused that sometimes UL needs to test the leakage current, but others, there is no specified leakage current...
