3. 停止依靠检查来保证质量的方法。

既然无法改变现状，那么，希望企业能够通过这个清单知道谁有资质，以免上当受骗。

比较困惑的是，这个法规没有经过WTO/TBT的通报和评议吗？因为不是这个行业的，恳请专家解惑。

這個清單在CPCS網站上可以查到，可能後面還會有更新，須到CPSC網站查証。

的确。同时说明我们的企业还有存在些技术、质量上的问题的。此标准就是针对他们的质量安全设定的技术壁垒！！！
