Normally, the test voltage and frequency shall be the nominal voltage and frequency if they aren’t defined in the directive or standards.

Europe230 V~, 50Hz
North America115 V~, 60Hz
Japan110 V~, 50/60Hz

EuP - lot 7 - External Power Supply - 1275/2008 是欧洲共同体要求, 当然是230V / 50Hz
