W认为不属于：controls that limits the temperature 是 监测the controlled parts 的，并由 the controlled parts 触发，in other words， 先是 the controlled parts 出现异常，再引起 controls that limits the temperature 动作；

而保险丝属于由自身触发那种……

保险丝应该属于熔断器，不可还原。控制器应该是可以还原的

那就要看你的保险丝是那类啦，有非自动复位的温度保险丝、自动复位的温度保险丝、电流保险丝等，像自复位温度保险丝也可以算作是控温器，控温器的范围大，温控器、限温器等也可以算作是控温器。
