普通doll普遍适于3-，但是标准并没有对头发作小部件豁免，不知大家以什么理由私自“豁免”它的？ cord是豁免小部件的，头发可以当作cord豁免。 EN71-1:NOTE Monofilament doll hair is not considered as a cord.
EN71-2:
Attachments made from elastic or string which are used for the purpose of securing a mask, hat etc. on the head shall not be tested.
ASTM F963:
strings—long slender flexible material usually consistingofseveralstrands(asofthreadoryarn)wovenor twisted together, usually used to bind, fasten, tether, or tie. This does not include string when used, for example, for hair on a doll.
