1. Locking the rotor when stationary and; G. a B0 r5 {' F
2. Stopping the rotor when at full speed. This does not necessarily imply an instantaneous6 ~" c1 J; j( s2 e
cessation of movement and a gradual slowing may be appropriate, for example, seizing# x! {. ^7 }5 X
of bearings.
