covered by the scope, however it may not cover stand alone pointers which may be covered

Explanatory Notes:
Concern were expressed in particular for children’s (and others ) safety who may be unaware
; p0 s3 f' H* a- r; z; lof the hazards using / playing with Laser pointers as a toy, it is therefore proposed that the
* Y/ s% |* `! ]! Isubject is discussed at the TC66/WG1 meeting with a view to exclude such type of lasers
from the scope.
