Job Responsibilities:
1.  Power converter design, which includes: magnetic and close-loop control design, component selection, stress and thermal analyze.
$ a, E+ @2 ^  q; I  G2.  Define detail design scheme, schedule and test point
0 U4 K2 L* [/ L( a5 K( r3.  Project documentation respect to the requirements of R&D procedure
4.  Coordinate with component, mechanical and qualification engineers.

Job Requirements:
1.  B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics;
7 ~# r# A7 U2 h3 r4 q! B2.  Good understanding power conversion, semiconductor device theory, applied electromagnetic theory, instrumentation and controls;
1 C* g# N5 J+ a( A6 v' `( @; b3.  5 yrs experience in design of power electronics products (UPS, Telecom Switching mode Power Supply etc.) is preferred;
* q  s' A$ j# g  O2 l4.  Strong ability in circuit analysis and proficient in using circuit simulators;
5.  Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5 J/ w, N5 k  p2 m/ _6.Good at English (spoken/written)
