The requirement in this clause seems to be a little unreasonable. Assume for example,
EQUIPMENT with an internal battery intended for back-up power in the event of a failure of the
SUPPLY MAINS as a power source. Further, how can one say whether the external
/ E: O3 n# r8 j; V/ @- tPROTECTIVE EARTH CONDUCTOR arrangement is in doubt or not?
