在IEC61558里,这点是很明确的,但UL5085-3标准里就不太明白;
" V# W$ @+ h5 d; n4 Y* n/ ^5 R 现在我们有一款UL5085-3的变压器,在25°C下进行冷态短路测试出现冒烟流脓现象(保护装置失灵),: R! D& k0 n5 O' l# y S1 z
而在105°C环境温度下进行温升稳定以后再热态短路测试就是正常的(正常保护了),
