根据定义：
3.6.1: non-detachable part
part that can only be removed or opened with the aid of a tool or a part that fulfills the test of 22.11

3.6.2: detachable part

NOTE 1  If for installation purposes a part has to be removed, this part is not considered to be

下面对此作一个说明，（可能没有标准说得那么严谨）

不可拆卸部件：要使用工具才能取下。

/ y9 l  L$ J4 u8 Q$ E/ t5 z可拆卸部件：不借用工具就能取下，或按使用说明书可以被取下（可以使用工具）。

总结：按使用说明书的说明来使用工具取下的部件，可以算作可拆卸部件。

还有3.6.2中的NOTE 3该怎么理解？
NOTE 3 ： 可以被打开的部件被认为是可拆卸的部件。

是不是有点矛盾？

咨询了技术经理后，理清了，给有同样疑问的朋友做个参考：
3.6.2中说的是：在使用时需要拆卸掉的部件，就认为是可拆卸部件。
2 J1 ^6 D/ K6 M1 o# I) L9 F8 cNOTE 1中 的安装过程中拆卸掉的部件不认为可拆卸部件。
/ F3 i0 ^* [2 u5 a4 ANOTE 3中 的可以打开是指使用时需要打开的部件（比如冰箱、微波炉的门）也认为是可拆卸部件。

4 b9 G. X# D2 ~# @2 ~! m（1）在说明书中明确告知用户 （而非安装人员）要打开的均属于可拆部件，既使需使用工具。
（2）不需工具就可拆开的
（3）不能经受住22.11的

不可拆卸部件：像电脑小音响,一般与外壳连在一起,你是拔不出来的.
可拆卸部件：像电脑主机上的插头,一拔就出来了

发现一个误区, 大家请注意, non-detachable part 和not datachable的定义范围是不同的,不要翻成中文统统成了不可拆卸部件就混为一谈了.
