Production Manager  (Located In Yancheng, Jiangsu Province)
Responsibilities:

    Direct supervision of production team members including scheduling, training, attendance, goal setting, and time off.
    Manage relationship with UL and other testing laboratories
4 v- l; c' w) l9 K4 g    Work closely with Production Planning to manage scheduling and ensure on-time deliveries to our customers.
    Maintain an efficient work schedule to meet production demand.
    Manage and update all changes to production work procedures.
1 x! k2 g9 m$ v/ Z4 [: `    Responsibility for safety of production activities and team members.
    Work closely with all production support staff to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our operations.
9 D* a  X' A- \& L, C7 V    Management responsibility for all manufacturing related transactions to ensure accurate  data.

' `2 `* z0 F1 e' t# i; ?. n. YExperience and Skills Required:

    5+ years of experience in relevant supervisory experience in a fast paced environment
  r) j, f; ]. t! B    Must have manufacturing experience, with a focus on decorative lighting for Christmas, lawn/garden, LED and Solar power.
    Familiarity with UL 588
' j7 n# n1 T! {% P9 d& B    High level of initiative, organization, accuracy, and judgment
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- P' B  _: {! r    Self starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    Ability to build professional relationships with a varied number of team members
) r. u. O* [" p$ B+ T' I1 \    Persistence, motivation, and professionalism to find answers and solve problems
    Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
