4.1 Category I: apparatus containing no electronic control circuitry.

Electric circuits consisting of passive components (such as radio interference suppression

4.3 Category III: battery powered apparatus (with built-in batteries or external batteries),! s- K9 A7 J5 \$ U1 T
which in normal use is not connected to the mains, containing an electronic control circuitry" d1 h2 y4 ~6 t9 p7 z3 p1 c2 W
with no internal clock frequency or oscillator frequency higher than 15 MHz.) _# K' t v: A4 ^: i7 W
This category includes apparatus provided with rechargeable batteries which can be charged
# @8 M2 m0 V V ` Eby connecting the apparatus to the mains power. However, this apparatus shall also be tested
