The procedure in IEC 60589 utilises conical flasks with reflux condensors, platinised platinum3 R% G; s0 K0 q7 w0 z0 z
electrodes, a conductivity cell and a resistance bridge. This appears to be a chemical standard rather d" U9 b+ ~; a
than an appropriate electrical test laboratory measurement technique.
