标准的25.14： The force applied to the supply cord of appliances provided with a swivel connection is
                         -20N, for cords having a nominal cross-sectional area exceeding 0.75mm2;

在25.15，拉力值从30N增加到60N.
/ w4 u. W/ Z. O/ {$ A4 s在25.101，在1.25倍的额定电流下工作，绕主轴旋转，转速为50r/min,每20转改变一次转动方向，试验持续20000次。

+ i8 W4 C- F- H: _: J, j7 R可能不明白的是红色字体部分，前面说对这种旋转接电施加10N/20N作用力，NOTE又说这种不做。

5 s- h* y- m' W" e: F! @6 B# Y看了某机构的测试报告，原来前半部分施加力按照60335-2-23的20N/10N,摇摆测试条件按照通标的90度，10000次，60次/min。这样也行？
