本人英文能力有限想请大神帮我理解一下 下面这段标准是什么意思。

就如你见的这段话后面的Fig.3,如何判断红色和蓝色的框框是equipotential bonding ，那么就要测试这两部分之间的电阻，用类似接地电阻的测试方法测试
