UL1082中的疑问！

3.4额定电流为15A或20A的电源线应用3芯的接地插头。
以上内容为“UL1082”中对电源线使用的要求，参考字面意思，出的结论就是：电流大于20A的器具其电源线可以使用2芯或者是只有额定电流为15A和20A的才用3芯接地插头？
