1. Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions; B. W7 }7 K& z% E+ e
necessary to comply with this Directive by 29 June 2008 at the
" z5 h# N9 q; {, U! ?7 @latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.1 u9 T) t1 Q' e, E0 H
They shall apply those provisions with effect from 29+ Q" H" k/ n/ F8 ^
December 2009.
% p+ q0 v& T, OWhen Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain
9 A' x, ?* o/ N$ B. J: Ra reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such# z7 ^$ C8 E# M6 y9 V& r
reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member. Y& p D6 K4 L* [& Y
States shall determine how such reference is to be made.
& p- N5 D' ~& j3 L- J2 M8 k2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the
; ]+ _; c) o8 ~7 m3 D' t3 K& _, Xtext of the provisions of national law which they adopt in the" C; a& k! p/ D( L7 S
field covered by this Directive, together with a table showing
% K2 V% \. ]7 e: lhow the provisions of this Directive correspond to the national5 a3 D( \1 J& G6 ~" ]* g9 A
provisions adopted.

fixing and other impact machinery which are in
