1. Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions
! C2 w, a& j) i9 Z: Ynecessary to comply with this Directive by 29 June 2008 at the! S" L. e5 C; G4 g
latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.4 n) y. @' _! A
They shall apply those provisions with effect from 296 W# o; a" W' z4 k
December 2009.6 F( x$ x8 ]/ k
When Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain
: [8 s2 h. S3 w1 R) ga reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such& C9 t$ t1 O+ e% H9 G& I
reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member
$ `# g! G$ Q9 n6 @) GStates shall determine how such reference is to be made.

text of the provisions of national law which they adopt in the

Derogation
& v. P5 d: ?3 r" d3 WUntil 29 June 2011 Member States may allow the placing on

, J8 o2 p0 _9 W' b; fconformity with the national provisions in force upon adoption+ I' D( o# P: O
of this Directive.

Entry into force
