Main responsibility; R# K) G% b8 d: J5 B
* Have the general overview of the QA technician's work performance and their possible need of education1 y: Q' u3 S$ D+ F
* Be a role model in proactive quality assurance
, }) _0 S3 D, A. O ]* Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods1 P6 }) ]( p' C: }: C. G
* Close communication with QA Manager to lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meet our requirements re physical, chemical and color standards# v; ?" S* |9 \+ D! L
* Secure QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process' s5 w) p0 ^' k8 h/ y
* Secure the test lead times
" I L- U& g) s# A- E- O* p. Z- X* Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment
% P. m. O! O5 p# W0 } S o) g- `# p* Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.
5 u5 T \$ q* E& X, m* Initiate & follow up external lab tests.# r' B* L5 L1 @' A* S) ?
* Check all children and baby samples according to our children & baby safety requirements.$ Q+ b$ Q! R7 O- y# e4 Y
* Use working system for all registration and follow up of tests.
; S% C( ]$ E- `2 o* m8 N# {2 b* Keep the lab equipment in good condition.# o$ x- s# c: x# W. ~ f, `* R
* Working with QA Manager to identify and manage quality projects and investigations
: A/ ~+ }) E2 o3 N* Secure all PO is kept updated about new standards,requirements & restrictions* a7 I! G- ~. x6 A6 L; ]4 G- z
* Cooperation with SEBO quality department and other PO to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment
" _! M: \* F }2 d9 s% h/ U2 p% K* Cooperation with H&M suppliers to secure all suppliers and their sub contractors follow all standards and commitments
0 `3 W$ Y2 n6 d1 k1 d5 p/ R: R5 w* Cooperation with external parties to secure the performance,lead time and price of external labs; to keep dialog with potential partner labs

6 k8 E2 ~% \, n5 WMain Requirement
* n" v5 l( x7 K, ?# T) n7 a9 _* Bachelor degree, major in textile, industrial engineering
/ W A- y: ^/ R! w* Preferably experience in shoes lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Preferred experience of leading a team in shoes industry, A5 b1 n. }. W, w7 ?
* Good command of written and oral English" s }# w" M2 `$ h5 p5 p( a
* Good communication skill& f" X5 {0 k' \6 E& O
* Firm and determined with business minded and Quality conscious- q4 Y, W+ M7 w% R* p! X+ D% U/ t
