Main responsibility
0 |* c; q+ {$ |8 @! j' k2 T6 a" S* Have the general overview of the QA technician's work performance and their possible need of education9 e0 P7 P/ ?7 \3 k
* Be a role model in proactive quality assurance5 r2 _3 o( r9 d" B& n% a
* Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods
( [& f1 x$ P" @ B* Close communication with QA Manager to lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meet our requirements re physical, chemical and color standards
/ @' L; Y& f8 I% c. S+ X5 a* Secure QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process
$ i2 f" |- x3 X/ r; S; k1 g* Secure the test lead times B5 G/ Q0 m& C* V; I0 ^
* Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment, ~) Z* S5 C( Q$ f0 j
* Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.

* Check all children and baby samples according to our children & baby safety requirements./ ^# O5 k0 z& Z
* Use working system for all registration and follow up of tests.
2 Q0 {8 ~1 w0 z d( T( @* Keep the lab equipment in good condition.8 m5 a5 }2 V6 K3 e# ~2 w
* Working with QA Manager to identify and manage quality projects and investigations
9 P8 e8 r) M( c* ]& |, v: v0 ?* Secure all PO is kept updated about new standards,requirements & restrictions
6 D+ a8 a e3 V( e) b3 t* Cooperation with SEBO quality department and other PO to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment
6 }- V; P6 \0 v+ e$ ]$ E6 o6 Q' v* Cooperation with H&M suppliers to secure all suppliers and their sub contractors follow all standards and commitments
' ?# [) V/ q! J- O L4 _* Cooperation with external parties to secure the performance,lead time and price of external labs; to keep dialog with potential partner labs

" E% Y8 d0 L* L* D' V+ `9 q" O* Bachelor degree, major in textile, industrial engineering$ C0 U- g) }) {- H; R
* Preferably experience in shoes lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Preferred experience of leading a team in shoes industry0 J3 G2 [8 T+ ^1 D2 B) I
* Good command of written and oral English9 _" ~# O2 R( K2 a3 a- ^: t
* Good communication skill2 H/ ~* Q3 ~. y6 F) E& g& n
