请教下，用于T8双端荧光灯管的G13灯座，在评估接触力的时候，

第一，如果灯座不是插拔式，而是按压式，是否需要评估接触力？

第二，如果灯座类型不属于以下接触力测试的任何一种情况，是否不需要做接触力？
