MID (with bt, wifi) 仅根据RTTE指令都做哪些标准？

   如题，MID (with bt, wifi) 根据RTTE指令都做哪些标准呢？曾经在网站发帖询问RTTE指令是否包括安规，如下http://bbs.angui.org/thread-77486-1-1.html，根据同行的回复，RF产品根据RTTE指令要按照三个方面的标准测试

但是今天被告知，RTTE指令其实是不包括 EMC 2004/108/EC和SAFETY2006/95EC指令的，如下是截图：



请问，RTTE指令到底是否包含了EMC 2004/108/EC和SAFETY2006/95EC指令的要求呢？一个RF产品是否只需要按照RTTE指令来考量呢？
      如果不包括EMC和安规指令的话，那么一个RF产品向MID（only with bt,wifi）只按照RTTE指令是否只需要按照300328和301489来做就可以了呢？然后因为被判定为IT产品，所以还需要测试EMC和SAFETY的指令来做相关测试？

无线产品需要按无线指令来操作, 一个无线产品要由：RF测试+EMC测试+LVD测试=R&TTE，CE还有RoHS环保指令
The present document is part of a set of standards designed to fit in a modular structure to cover all radio and
telecommunications terminal equipment under the R&TTE Directive [1]. Each standard is a module in the structure.
The modular structure is shown in figure 1.

The vertical boxes show the standards under article 3.2 for the use of the radio spectrum by radio equipment. The
scopes of these standards are specified either by frequency (normally in the case where frequency bands are
harmonized) or by radio equipment type.

For article 3.1b the diagram shows EN 301 489, the multi-part product EMC standard for radio used under the EMC
Directive.

For article 3.1a figure 1 shows the existing safety standards currently used under the LV Directive and new
standards covering human exposure to electromagnetic fields. New standards covering acoustic safety may also be
required.

RF测试+EMC测试+LVD测试=R&TTE, EMC 测试是指 301489 和EMC指令下的一般标准 55022，55024？
针对EMC测试，要出具301489和22，24标准的两份报告吗？

About R&TTE Directive
Quasi-measured certified to provide you with professional R&TTE Directive Description:

R @ TTE (Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Directive)
Exports of the EU's wireless remote control products, communication products, must comply with the R & TTE Directive (radio and communications terminal commands) -1999/5/EC request.

R&TTE directive included in the product are:

1, short-range wireless remote control products (SRD) such as: remote control toy car, remote control alarm system, remote control doorbell, remote control switch, remote control mouse, keyboard and so on.

2, professional radio-controlled products (PMR) for example: professional wireless walkie-talkies, wireless microphones and so on. Corded telephone, fax, MODEM, telephone answering machines, small telephone exchange (PABX), cordless phone CTO, CT1, CT1 + ..., ISDN (digital phone), DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telephone), GSM, CDMA ...

3, Bluetooth products such as: Bluetooth headset.

R&TTE指令和LVD、EMC指令属于不同的法令法规条文，各自的范围都不一样，好像没有相互包含！
