Sub-clause 24.1 prescribes that “Transformers intended to supply power to a safety extra-low voltage* \. ^7 s3 O; a; ?# u* G
circuit (SELV) shall be of the safety isolating type and shall comply with the relevant requirements of# t+ J* h0 A' R f7 `
IEC 61558-2-6.”.9 G! ~# S" e+ G+ I
This prescription does not allow the use of other types of transformers not covered by IEC 61558-2-6.
