rule, the following additional statement is given: “The capacitor with the maximum capacitance per unit
: m d# u& b% n% @* gsurface area shall also be tested if this ratio exceeds that of the maximum capacitance value in the range

Nevertheless, the sampling plan is not well specified when the above case occurs. What is the composition
