conditioning, but have different specifications for the test conditions.

There does not seem to be a technical justification for the differences in the

specifications in the above standards be consistent.
4 a- ^" f8 L- W M/ C- d8 z. ?Decision: The chamber is to be set at 93% RH, with +/-3% RH tolerance, at a convenient
% H( I# o) F" S; [% ~; Q2 Jtemperature between 20°C and 30°C, but the chosen temperature to be kept& i" p) U3 S. C4 A" c2 X
within +/- 2°C during the test.
5 T3 Q+ k/ s4 `The standard specifications for the humidity are to be met at the
\ u9 L$ B% u2 n' ~reference/measuring point, where the controlling humidity sensor is located.
! B; n6 b" |4 O9 ?8 l& eThe tolerances permitted in CTL DSH 251A (+/-6% RH) are allowed in other) m+ l1 e3 V" m7 @; }8 @
parts of the humidity chamber, away from the reference point.
