9.3.4.2.3 Results to be obtained
# u, @5 G7 X- W; J1 Y1 q) f- q& W. vThe contactor, starter, or the combination starter, the combination switching device, the& X( E! i) `0 {, l* r! w8 H
protected starter or the protected switching device, shall be considered to have passed the
0 H0 P9 b$ m: `. s- P1 y9 B5 Utests at the prospective current "r" and, where applicable, the prospective current Iq, if the2 {7 P) v' [% `( D7 X/ D) {
following conditions are met for the claimed type of co-ordination.

J No damage to the overload relay or other parts has occurred, except that welding of5 C6 O2 [! r$ U2 u6 w

screwdriver) without significant deformation, but no replacement of parts is permitted$ T1 V7 u. n$ A% b. u
during the test, except that, in the case of fuse protection, all fuse-links shall be replaced.

The text "if they are easily separated (e.g. by a screwdriver) without significant deformation"- P5 G$ ?( B. K8 J2 G% Q
shall be interpreted as follows:! {: s% a/ k& L/ a$ x a5 B6 f
"Easily separated" means a separation realised on site for example by:
( @0 N& N8 q# G- Energizing the coil of the contactor/ i8 F) p9 u$ K
- Using a tool (eg. a screwdriver) for separating the welded contact or for moving an operating3 u; N. K2 M% n0 L0 b- F( [
means.
% J% }+ x3 k7 p f+ u# W) n v' vIt is also allowed to remove covers or housing of the contactor according to the instruction of
; D* }6 e6 Q" B2 Y: g othe manufacturer.
