Question: The circuits supplying motors and other components inside parts which, in normal use, are
  k# o' O. ^+ _  H2 f& z( i/ qeither immersed in the mixture to be vibrated or held in the hand or operated by hand, shall be

Compliance is checked by inspection.
This requirement may be met by supplying the relevant components either from a safety
isolating transformer or from an isolating transformer or motor-generator providing the same

Decision: Mr. kraaij then introduces document IECEE/CTL (CH) 004/1986 concerning IEC Publication

treated at the same time.
