% v" \# t: \+ m. w或者哪位可以解释下。VDE的证书里，对光藕有项技术指标是"Climatic Category:40/100/21",求解：
1：Climatic Category的要求是什么？通过什么实验来能过这个要求？
( g+ S6 n) n! V" r6 c2：经过Climatic Category:40/100/21"这个要求后，是不是可以不用考虑光藕的内部爬电距离了（表示它已经通过了加强绝缘的要求了）？
