各位坛友，关于CB或者TUV证书上出现的申请者（Applicant）、制造商（Manufacturer）和工厂（Factory）的解释或定义，有没有什么文件上说明过的，最好有英文的，请上贴，thanks！

· to an Issuing and Recognizing NCB (NCB “A”) for obtaining a CB Test Certificate (CBTC) or

of the above;

Note: The applicant is the holder of the CBTC and associated CBTR, or a CAC and associated CAR, or Factory Surveillance Documentation
