17 Overload protection of transformers and associated circuits& w+ y- r: F$ D& a
Appliances incorporating circuits supplied from a transformer shall be constructed so that in( c- Y+ a5 R& B1 s0 S8 M x* l
the event of short circuits which are likely to occur in normal use, excessive temperatures do

NOTE Examples are the short-circuiting of bare or inadequately insulated conductors of accessible circuits: x8 `, B; [, S' I, N* J7 T

Compliance is checked by applying the most unfavourable short circuit or overload which is
