关于对IEC61347-1 20章节 No load output voltage 的理解

[backcolor=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8)]法规描述如下，[backcolor=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8)]20 No-load output voltage
When the ballast is connected at rated supply voltage and rated frequency with no-load on the
[backcolor=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8)]output, the output voltage shall not differ from the rated value of the no-load output voltage by
[backcolor=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8)]more than 10 %.

我的理解是无负载条件的输出电压和规定值超10%的情况应该是不存在的，肯定是经过测量完了规定个MAX 值；认证是否一定要规定无负载的输出电压值？假设是恒流输出控制装置，电源铭板上的Max output voltage 值是否就设定为这个NO load output voltage ？请大家讲下对这个定义的理解。谢谢

IEC61347-1的2012版本已经把这章改了，你再看看最新版的

是的，标准有更新，其实原来的要求对于LED驱动是不适用的

最新标准上已经更改了这条要求，这条要求不适用于电子式的lamp controlgear

The requirements of this clause are only applicable for magnetic lamp controlgear with
integrated transformer, operating with supply frequencies.
If a magnetic lamp controlgear is connected at rated supply voltage and rated frequency with
no-load on the output, the output voltage shall not differ from the rated value of the no-load
output voltage declared by the manufacturer by more than 10 %.
