就是CE做一致性声明的时候的一些技术资料像 下面这些，模板也行
1、制造商（欧盟授权代表（欧盟授权代理）AR）的名称、地址，产品的名称、型号等；

2、产品使用说明书；

3、安全设计文件（包括关键结构图，即能反映爬申距离、间隙、绝缘层数和厚度的设计图）；

9 U% {4 \) q; M4 Q& F. v1 a5、产品电器原理图、方框图和线路图等；

6、关键元部件或原材料清单（请选用有欧洲认证标志的产品）；

7、测试报告 (Testing Report）；

(c) descriptions and explanations necessary for the understanding of those drawings and schemes and the operation
of the electrical equipment;
(d) a list of the harmonised standards applied in full or in part the references of which have been published in the
Official Journal of the European Union or international or national standards referred to in Articles 13 and 14 and,
where those harmonised standards or international or national standards have not been applied, descriptions of
the solutions adopted to meet the safety objectives of this Directive, including a list of other relevant technical
specifications applied. In the event of partly applied harmonised standards or international or national standards
referred to in Articles 13 and 14, the technical documentation shall specify the parts which have been applied;

- ^: x2 _3 [1 U9 {) _/ S个人的理解是，很多欧盟指令里面都是笼统提到DOC的要素，但没有具体格式要求（即没有标准模板）。

& }! _2 X2 c( d. c$ {/ L6 ^可以参考一些大公司的DOC，里面包含指令里面提及的要素就可以了。发个附件给你参考下。

你发的这个是 declaration of comformity，实际就是我承诺我的商品满足要求，这个是要保存10年，与这个一起的还有一个Technical documentation，也就是我上面说的CE技术文件，两个在一起才是完整的，就像我说自己的产品是满足要求的，总要拿东西（Technical documentation）来说明吧？
