对于电池供电的季节性灯串，如果小于15W是不是不适合测试这个标准？如何理解下面这段内容？

36.1 When a seasonal product utilizes the number and type of batteries shown in Table 36.1, the product
shall comply with all the requirements in this standard for Class 2 circuits having more than a 15 W output.
When a seasonal product utilizes fewer than the number of batteries shown in Table 36.1, the product
shall be evaluated using the requirements for Class 2 circuits having less than a 15 W output. In addition,
each of the products described above shall comply with the marking requirements in 117.10 and 117.11.

不是小于15W的不适合做这个标准，因为在UL标准有一个15W的通用理念，如果一个线路其能量小于15W，那么久认为这个线路是比较安全的线路。
所以，上面这段话的意思，应该是
季节性产品中使用电池类型数量符合表36.1，那么这个产品就要去满足本标准中关于超过15W的class 2线路的所有要求。
季节性产品中使用电池数量少于表36.1的要求时，那么这个产品仅需要评估小于15W的class 2 线路的相关要求。

那么问题来了，小于15W的class 2 线路的相关要求，也是做UL588来判断吗？看了UL588这个标准，没有哪里说到某个测试是适合大于15W或小于15W的

个人认为：如果是灯串小于15W并且是class 2的回路，可以不做认证了。
