a) They meet the CLEARANCE and CREEPAGE DISTANCE requirements for FUNCTIONAL; B+ Y: k/ {) I2 M6 e H
INSULATION in 2.10 (or Annex G).& @$ [- G; Z/ a* r' }' A
b) They withstand the electric strength tests for FUNCTIONAL INSULATION in 5.2.2.3 D% X) C( c- P n: @7 |
c) They are short-circuited where a short-circuit could cause
! G9 h c: p6 M# V/ W0 @1 z• overheating of any material creating a risk of fire, unless the material that could be/ N( s) s, c! n0 @9 G) N
overheated is of V-1 CLASS MATERIAL, or
. g, l3 T5 o# h1 E5 K8 [# p8 z• thermal damage to BASIC INSULATION, SUPPLEMENTARY INSULATION or REINFORCED7 \% P0 ^2 N6 ?+ ^7 b$ n0 ]8 m
INSULATION, thereby creating a risk of electric shock.
