现有一类灯具产品，电源输出端与输入端有隔离，输出电压49V，请问输出部分（线路板和元器件）到灯具铝壳之间有没有电气/爬电的要求？
按照附录M,应该是电气0.2mm，爬电1.2mm。但是条款中又说No values are specified for working voltages below 25 V r.m.s. and 60 V d.c. as the test voltage of Table 10.2 is considered sufficient.那就是说如果耐压能过，就没有电气/爬电的要求。

5.3.1.5 The SELV current-carrying parts do not have to be insulated. However, if insulation is

隔离电源，输出电压小于120Vdc，就是SELV. 当电压小于60V时，不考虑距离，只打耐压即可.
