     大家好！公司供给客户的欧标插头没有印接地极、中性接和带电极符号，原因是表面涉及欧盟多国认证标志印字省略导致，另外也了解很多其他厂家也存在没有印的。现在客户提出异议，请教高手指点：
  r- H$ A2 k* h5 T+ H1 v* M     第一，根据VDE标准，是否必须在插头表面印接地极、中性接和带电极符号？

无疑，必须要求。国内CCC例行检查就包含极性检查，这些必须有。

欧标插头参考的标准是IEC60884,此标准对于Marking的要求（如下）没有说明要印接地线、中性线和带电极符号，所以是可以不用印的。

CCC插头参考的标准是GB 2099.1-2008 家用和类似用途插头插座
3 \7 v. a8 J2 t! l5 G此标准对插头的印字是有明确要求印中性极、接地极、带电极的符号，与欧标插头是不一样的。
