During this test, there shall be no interruption of the test current and no short-circuit between
the conductors, including the protective conductor, if any.
After the test there shall be no damage; the cable support sleeve shall not be loosened from
the body and the insulation shall show no signs of abrasion or of wear and tear. Broken
strands shall not pierce the insulation.
