3 e# j* B/ k% o3 d& n9 s; QPerSection 15.101(b), if a receiver tunes above 960 MHz or below 30 MHz(except for radar detectors and CB receivers) and contains digitalcircuitry, it falls outside of our receiver category, and is classified as a ClassA or Class B digital device, as appropriate. The emissionlevels such as the local oscillator associated with the tuning functionmay be ignored when demonstrating compliance with the digital devicelimits. Only the frequencies in the digital circuitry portion(excludingthe frequencies in the tuning function) is used to determine the frequencyrange of radiated measurements per Section 15.33(b)1.
