[其它标准产品] 60950 clause 4.3.12 可燃液体测试问题

60950-1中的4.3.12条要求对可燃气化物浓度进行取样检测,要求在设备周边环境中,浓度不大于其爆炸限值的50%,在点燃源附件不大于爆炸限值的25%。

! [) u, H5 B: H* t现有一喷码机,使用丁酮墨水,需要按此条检测,疑问是,标准中只说在正常使用下,那么检测应该在多大房间内进行?是通风还是密闭?因为喷码机销售后在实际使用中按照使用者的环境运行,多大房间,通风情况均不确定,有其他相关标准有规定吗?

If a flammable liquid is used in equipment, the liquid shall be kept in a closed reservoir,
& s! G) E9 j- Q& {& `+ N, V) xexcept for the amount needed for the functioning of the equipment. The maximum quantity of) n, Y6 d3 Y, C7 h0 E( s( Q
flammable liquid stored in an equipment shall in general be not more than 5 l. If, however, the2 |" s, v$ R& q3 a
usage of liquid is such that more than 5 l is consumed in 8 h, it is permitted to increase the
4 k* i: H8 C* h; a4 Nquantity stored to that required for an 8 h operation.( Z2 z+ u# N+ z( V

& m4 O$ e5 ^& `+ N6 F% cOil or equivalent liquids used for lubrication or in a hydraulic system shall have a flash point, ^( o8 O6 q# R  [. i
of 149 °C or higher, and the reservoir shall be of sealed construction. The system shall have( M3 B/ e$ I1 b; b
provision for expansion of the liquid and shall incorporate means for pressure relief. This
9 g5 z) ^, m. Arequirement is not applicable to lubricating oils that are applied to points of friction in
' A6 c4 E9 f- @- P4 a# Gquantities that would contribute negligible fuel to a fire.

; q; v1 O- j" W/ NExcept under conditions given below, replenishable liquids such as printing inks shall have a' x7 j3 a; y, Q3 b* j& b& r
flash point of 60 °C or higher, and shall not be under sufficient pressure to cause atomization.
: L1 d' T0 \. }; H$ a+ M0 U( Y6 M$ lReplenishable flammable liquids that have a flash point of less than 60 °C or that are under# t( g* K1 O% z* p/ ^
sufficient pressure to cause atomization are permitted provided inspection shows that there is, I% b9 q0 C, z5 z5 m
no likelihood of liquid sprays or build-up of flammable vapour-air mixtures that could cause
9 F2 m! }( v6 l, f* Wexplosion or create a fire hazard. Under normal operating conditions, equipment using a
1 e! w: n. Q( D/ k+ Uflammable liquid shall not generate a mixture with a concentration exceeding one quarter of
7 `( |& {" s% ]1 O6 h1 F+ Jthe EXPLOSION LIMIT if the mixture is in proximity to an ignition source, or exceeding half the: Z% J  \+ v% t; r
EXPLOSION LIMIT if the mixture is not in proximity to an ignition source. The investigation shall
; U+ R, U6 Z0 F2 o8 Valso take into account the integrity of the liquid handling system. The liquid handling system0 A4 Q9 N: T- j- c# R) _
shall be suitably housed or constructed so that risk of fire or explosion is reduced, even under- L4 n( l" H9 _. D
the test conditions specified in 4.2.5.

Compliance is checked by inspection and, where necessary, by the following test.+ u6 g9 Y3 c7 v+ i% k2 L
The equipment is operated in accordance with 4.5.2 until its temperature stabilizes. In this
2 C" M; S4 {6 K- c2 H+ acondition, the equipment is operated in a normal manner, as directed in the operating) _- k+ w0 w3 b( P
instructions, and samples of the atmosphere in the vicinity of the electrical components and* G) @% c% T0 D
around the equipment are taken to determine the concentration of flammable vapours present.5 B9 l3 y+ Q9 {2 n+ K8 D* q
Samples of the atmosphere are taken at 4 min intervals; four samples to be taken during
' J' B; _& s$ r0 s5 R8 R9 L' r& wnormal operation, then seven samples after the equipment has stopped.

1 x. g2 ?& j0 kIf, after the equipment has stopped, the concentration of flammable vapours appears to be5 ^5 W5 Y6 k. L" G/ f  W
increasing, samples shall continue to be taken at 4 min intervals until the concentration is
0 J: e9 G6 f1 A% w! hshown to be decreasing.

If an abnormal operation of the equipment is possible with any of its fans not running, this" X/ r. T, w1 K" T7 H, n; t9 e0 S8 g0 W3 i
condition is simulated during this compliance test.

这个在标准是没有明确规定,所以只是我们只是需要理解“正常使用下”,按照正常理解是你所列举的情况都可以的,但是做内部设计认证最好按照最严酷等级来进行,做实验室认证,一般有专门实验室,没有特殊要求,看是否按照常规情况进行!$ z$ S4 k" R0 `8 ?

这个只是理解,仅仅参考,没有其他意思!
