最近接到一个音箱的案子，在结构方面有一点向大家请教。
　音箱的回音筒是纸的，变压器固定在木板上，次级输出低电压，对于纸质，要求满足Ｖ－２的防火？
) I4 K4 G9 ^, o* W) @但我们考虑防火的时候有三个条件：起火源，火源的传递路径，　被引燃的物品。

! z( O' K0 t+ e但看纸筒与变压器相隔太远，无法有一个传递的路径，木板已经达到了６mm，满足了防火外壳的要求。

% D9 _* n' o& w. v( Y7 j且在变压器的周边，有三边都已经满足了防火的要求，就是对面一个纸筒。
　只是存在一个危险电压，功率<15W。（内部也没有》4ＫＶ

纸筒，是指那个有金属网格的吗？

变压器输出是１０Ｖ，所以后面的不考虑。
　对就是那个金属网罩的以前是一个纸筒，大于１５Ｗ才要防火外壳的。。
不管正常还是不正常

用过电阻法测试：变压器电阻：次级：720毫欧，初级65欧。

　问题是用纸筒行不行？
因为火源的传递路径几乎是不太可能的。

这个结构应该没有问题吧，你的所谓纸简到变压器初级，也就就是潜在引燃源距离都够远了

根据UL 60065中的条款，注意红色部分：
