接最新消息，EN 60335-2-9 A12:2007会提前实施，由之前的DOW 2010-10-1提前为现在强制执行。
6 W2 M! h  H; D5 C% Y! D% C2009.5.7在德国召开了会议，已经决定，现在强制要求客户在做GS新认证和标准升级时一定要做这个修订件了。否则不给签证。
! |; f# G0 n' P. d3 H& h+ }但可以做CE+CB，这个是允许的。

我公司有几个正在进行的GS标准更新案子都因为这个修订件的强制实施提前而有了问题。[p]

EN 60335-2-9 A12:2007 已在零八年十月一日生效。 此修正包括一項新的要求，是量度便攜式煮食器具表面的溫度爬升（例如︰爆玉米機、架、烤箱、會轉動的烤架、烹調器具、麵包機、格子餅機、三明治機…等）。這項要求相信會為很多製造商關於産品結構設計帶來新的挑戰。

2008-10-01只是開始生效的日期, 強制日期仍是2010-10-01, 不是嗎？

TUV 南德的业务说的是德国GS的授权机构ZLS发布的，要求在三个月内必须将标准更新到EN 60335-2-9/A12:2007, 否则将取消GS证书。也就是说. EN 60335-2-9/A12:2007的强制执行期由明年10月1日提前到今年的8月7日。目前我司是已接到通知必须做升级

那位仁兄可以把相关的ZLS的ZEK决议拿给大家看看啊？GS如果是八月七日强制的话，好多产品是需要动大手术的，尤其是烤箱。估计会死人的啊。

attached a new EK1 requirement 422-09 with respect to EN 60335-2-9 and hot non-working surfaces:

Although for EN 60335-2-9:2003/A12:2007 the DOW is 2010-10-01, A12:2007 should be considered immediately.
; W" H* O* r& Q' WThe topic was discussed during the last Ek1 meeting and it was decided to withdraw all GS certificates that do not refer to A12:2007 within 6 months (till 2009-11-06) and if there is a thermal danger.
Reason is the opinion of the European Commission that the EN 60335-2-9 without A12 gives no presumption of conformity. Attached you will find the official documents of the EK1 and the European Commission that have to be followed.
Given the above:
5 s5 P; m/ }" r•    We have to take care for the thermal dangers of those appliances.
* V. y( o. V8 K4 V% A•     We need to carry out a risk analysis. A12:2007 has to be fulfilled immediately.
•    We have to check all issued certificates in this regard and need to withdraw them immediately if there is a thermal danger.
! \/ P% w1 {- _# ^; W•    Technical measures are always essential if high temperatures occur on appliances.

这个和zls的决议没有什么太大关系，原因主要是原来的标准不能保证完全满足CE的要求，主要是非工作表面的温度没有考核。新增加的要求主要是针对这一点的。
