按照标准，如果第10章测试时达到偏差范围之内，那就可以根据电压做测试，如果达不到则要加载到额定功率做测试
功率应该换算成240 下面的功率

如果230V时的功率达不到700W的85%，那么先在230V加载到700W，再把电压调到240V的1.06倍。

不是达到额定的功率就行了吗,那我只有一个标称功率呀.不太明白,希望高手解释下,楼主功率范围不是+20%吗,怎么是+15%

究竟是230对应的700W,还是254.4对应的700W.好像英文没这个解释
