主句是For the design of ballast the manufacturer should apply to a complete luminaire。4 x) v4 d7 L) U! `
in addition,keep in mind that Clauses22.16 and 22.18 of IEC60598-2-22:1997 为插入语。9 U. K" t$ d( ^
楼主应该先翻主句，再插入。不过这 a complete luminaire  具体怎么翻我就不懂了。
2 w& I- Z4 s% d) ~5 M6 g试着翻译如下：厂家设计镇流器将应用于完整光源体，此外，要严格参照IEC60598-2-22：1997的22.16和22.18条之规定。6 ^# y8 `/ Y# Z; x
仅为个人意见，还请高手指教！
